Alliant Power AP0138 – Turbo Install Kit for Mercedes-Benz® OM642 3.0L (2007–2019)

OEM-Quality Gasket & Hardware Kit for Turbocharger Installation

The Alliant Power AP0138 Turbo Install Kit includes all necessary OEM gaskets, seals, and hardware required to complete the removal and replacement of the turbocharger on Mercedes-Benz® OM642 3.0L V6 diesel engines. It supports both journal-bearing and ball-bearing turbo variants used in Jeep®, Mercedes®, Sprinter®, and Freightliner® vehicles from 2007 to 2019.

Included in the Kit:

  • Qty 9: Exhaust Up-pipe Bolts

  • Qty 3: Turbo to Exhaust Manifold Bolts

  • Qty 2: Pedestal to Turbo Mounting Bolts

  • Qty 2: Turbo Support Block to Cylinder Head Bolts

  • Gaskets:

    • EGR Elbow Tube

    • Turbo Pedestal to Turbo (Narrow & Wide styles)

    • Exhaust Outlet to Downpipe

    • Turbine Outlet to Up-pipe

    • Exhaust Manifold to Collector (×2)

  • O-Rings:

    • Turbocharger Resonator

    • Upper Intercooler Pipe to Turbocharger Outlet

Note: Includes both narrow and wide pedestal gaskets. Using the wrong one can result in oil starvation and turbo failure. Always verify correct fitment before installation.
